I beleive pragmatism is the best wa...Good article.<br /><br />I beleive pragmatism is the best way to proceed with a direction. No decision is right or wrong as long as it has a logical reasoning behind it and the factors that influence the decision. I agree with the statement in the article that data helps decide but cannot be the decision itself.<br /><br />Business and Market factors also influence a lot in setting a direction (see i am trying to stay away from the word decision)<br /><br />And, it is our ability to change course swiftly by 'being agile' that enables any business to be successful. Any start up or even a established business trying to conceive an idea will undergo lot of changes during its course. We are not yet mature enough to predict the sequence of events that leads to the birth of a baby. Even there, human genome decides and does quite a bit of course corrections to define a human being. And we are all so different in our own ways.<br /><br />May be we should learn a lesson from there itself. We have data that tells us a sperm inside a ovary helps generate life. But, that is it.
